There are two ways to swim that sound very alike. It is backstroke and free style. You might want to try them both. You have to breath,move your arms,and kick your legs in both. Backstroke is where you swim on your back, and your face is not under water.
Free style is where you swim facing the bottom of the pool,pulling your arms forward,and you need to flip over to breath.
