In this chapter you will learn how to swim and do a flip. So,ready to get started? First, go to a pool where it gets deeper and deeper. Next get a grown up to supervise. Now get next to a ledge while you're in the water. After that, cup your hands (not together)and reach one arm out,now pull it back to your side. Then, do it with your other arm and keep switching. Lastly,kick your legs while pulling your arms. Do this facing the bottom of the pool,and when you need to breath,flip over onto your back and breath. Then flip back over and keep swimming. Now,have the grownup hold you upright in the deep end. Next,tell the grownup to let go. Now, start treading water and close your mouth. Then,blow out through your nose. Now,flip forward while blowing out through your nose and closing your mouth. Finally,swim back up to the surface and keep treading water. Wasn't that fun? If it was then do it again,if you didn't get it then keep trying. Oh one tip: DON'T GIVE UP!!!
